1:1 Holistic Counselling

Holly offers 1:1 private holistic counselling & coaching packages.

We take a holistic approach to help enhance your overall bodymind wellbeing and we can cover many areas of life including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Together we review many different aspects of life and overall lifestyle, such as mental health, nutrition, sleep hygiene, quality and function of breathing, quality of drinking water, movement practices, current work undertaken, purpose, and even business and financial health. Bodymind wellbeing and overall vitality requires a balanced approach and consideration of all.

These sessions are designed to help you, ultimately, connect with Self and enhance your bodymind's innate health and vitality. In doing so, every single bodily system is impacted in a positive way. As a result, if you commit to your daily practices & Self care, you can expect to notice a beautiful shift in all areas of your life.

Holly is a qualified counsellor, meditation & mindfulness teacher, advanced functional breathing instructor (Oxygen Advantage), holistic lifestyle coach (CHEK practitioner), a certified practicing accountant and also a registered tax agent.
Life can move at a very fast pace at times, it may present us with various challenges, and there can be myriad valid reasons why we may feel any particular way; emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.

We are all human and are bound to experience the above at some point or another, so I can certainly relate to how you feel. The good news is, there is so much we can do to help you navigate all that life presents, while honouring your own day to day needs, revitalising the bodymind and ultimately feeling greater resilience and vitality overall.

1:1 Holistic counselling & coaching sessions are available in single sessions or package programs.The best outcomes are facilitated by a longer term approach over several sessions together.
  • Tailored Package - Package program are designed to help facilitate longer term outcomes. Together, we discuss the areas of your life you may be looking to address. From there, we determine a suitable tailored package ranging from 3 to 12 sessions.
  • 6 months of 1:1 coaching - 12 sessions in total. Fortnightly Zoom sessions to take you through a structured coaching program combining movement, nutrition, meditation, breath work, mindset and bodymind practices to enhance clarity, purpose, vitality.
